October Vacation Care

Hi Families,
It is that time again, Please see attached the Vacation Care Program for the upcoming school holidays.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COACH HIRE AND RATIO REQUIREMENTS, BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. ONCE THE LIMIT IS REACHED - NO MORE BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE DAY! PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT. EARLY-BIRD FEE CUTS OFF TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO VAC CARE DAY.
A few more key notes for this holidays:
Children need Enclosed Shoes, and Drink Bottle EVERYDAY!
Booked days are non-refundable, Sunbeams need to purchase tickets for all activities prior to the day. If there is a booking mistake please contact Sunbeams immediately.
Permission forms need to be signed for all days attending. This can be done under the forms tab on OWNA. (Including a Swimming Ability Form for Toukley Pool)
Risk Assessments can be found on the OWNA App. When you book your child in, a Risk Assessment will be attached.
Please be aware that the Swimming Ability form must be completed prior to booking the Toukley Pool day. This can be done via clicking the three lines on the top right and clicking on forms. You will then be able to see and fill out this form.

once the enrolment is complete you will receive an invite with passwords so you will be activated in all areas of OWNA.

THIS VACATION CARE SUNBEAMS WILL BE INTRODUCING AN EARLYBIRD FEE. HOLIDAYS NEED TO BE PLANNED FOR WITH FOOD, ACTIVITIES AND RESOURCES IN ADVANCE SO WE REQUEST BOOKING IN ADVANCE. TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EACH DAY THE EARLYBIRD FEE WILL BE CUT OFF
EARLYBIRD BOOKING CHARGE $130 REGULAR CHARGE $150

REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH CHILD ALWAYS – HAT & DRINK BOTTLE MUST BE BROUGHT ALONG FOR THE DAY.
All children will wear a Sunbeams shirt, a High visible vest or a Sunbeams rash shirt on a wet day on EXCURSION; this will be handed out before departing the school.
Booked days are non-refundable unless given 7 days’ notice, Sunbeams need to purchase tickets for all activities prior to the day as well as purchasing meals.
Sunbeams provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
