Sunbeams Care Fees
Sunbeams OOSH requires families to contact the Family Assistance Office to get their Child Care Subsidy (CCS) information. CCS is an income-tested payment that assists eligible parents and carers with the cost of childcare. In addition to assisting parents and carers with child care costs, CCS aims to provide incentives for parents and carers with low and middle incomes to participate in the workforce and community, and to support parents and carers to 'balance work and family commitments'. It is important that the information is correct, in order for rebates to be processed. Please see our fee matrix inserted below.
SUNBEAMS FEE SHEDULE
Permanent Families are those that attend Sunbeams on the same day each week, these fees are set at a lower rate and are cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice in writing. Casual Families attend on different days and need to be prebooked beforehand to ensure a vacancy exists. Once all licensed places are filled, children can be put on a waiting list until a place becomes available.
Sunbeams is registered with the Family Assistance Office and offers Child Care Subsidy to all parents that are eligible. Please feel free to ask if you have any queries on this matter. Sunbeams has a Family Membership Fee for all users of Before/After School Care & Vacation Care this needs to be paid on enrolment.

Non-Notification | $20.00 | It is very important that the Centre is notified that a child is going to be absent. If the Centre is not notified that a child is not attending the Centre, we need to find where the child is which takes time and attention away from the other children at the centre. If the child’s parents can’t be contacted by 3:20pm and the child is on the roll, it is procedure that the Police are to be contacted and a search commenced until the child is accounted for.
