Sunbeams Care Fees

Sunbeams OOSH requires families to contact the Family Assistance Office to get their Child Care Subsidy (CCS) information. CCS is an income-tested payment that assists eligible parents and carers with the cost of childcare. In addition to assisting parents and carers with child care costs, CCS aims to provide incentives for parents and carers with low and middle incomes to participate in the workforce and community, and to support parents and carers to 'balance work and family commitments'. It is important that the information is correct, in order for rebates to be processed.

Sunbeams morning, afternoon and vacation care session fees are as follows:

Before School Care

• Daily Session with a booking

  $30 (per day)
• Occasional days

  $35 (per day)

The service will provide breakfast, cleaning teeth, polishing shoes (if required), quiet activities and then escort students to classes.

After School Care

• Daily Session with a booking

  $40.00 (per day)
• Occasional days

  $45.00 (per day)

Afternoon tea will be provided, homework support as well as a variety of art and craft activities, active and passive games, and experiences that enhance the child’s social, emotional, creative and physical development.

Fees are paid termly (by the end of the first week of term) or weekly as negotiated.

Vacation Care

• Daily Session with a booking

  $130.00 (per day)
• Occasional Days

  $130.00 (per day)

This includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and daily activities

Vacation care fees are to be paid at the end of the school term prior to the commencement of vacation care.
